锯齿状泄水闸消能特性研究

摘要 泄水闸是泵站工程最主要的泄水构筑物,传统泄水闸表面相对光滑,消能率只有10%左右。以昆明高海尾水泵站扩容工程为依托,采用数值模拟方法,借助Fluent软件中的标准k-ε紊流模型,对不同流量下锯齿状泄水闸的消能特性进行数值模拟计算,试验结果显示,消能率最大可达70%以上。可见,在消能率方面,锯齿状泄水闸有着明显优势,所取得的结论将对泄水构筑物设计起到积极的借鉴作用。 The sluice is the main discharge structure of pumping station engineering.The surface of traditional sluice is relatively smooth,and the energy dissipation rate is only about 10%.Based on the expansion project of Gaohai Tailrace Pump Station in Kunming,the energy dissipation characteristics of zigzag sluice under different flow rates are numerically simulated by using the standard k-ε turbulence model in Fluent software,the experimental results show that the maximum energy dissipation rate can reach more than 70%.It can be seen that the zigzag sluice has obvious advantages in energy dissipation rate,and the conclusions obtained will play an active role in the design of sluice structures.
