实施“博士村长”计划构建实践育人新模式——基于贵州大学农林类专业实践教学改革探索

摘要 实践育人是高校深入开展思想政治教育的有效途径,是加强大学生社会实践教育的必要举措,是实施“三全育人”的重要环节。农林类专业在乡村振兴战略中扮演着重要角色,其社会实践是实践育人的重要组成部分。以贵州大学实施“博士村长”计划为例,在分析总结“博士村长”计划的育人逻辑的基础上,探析乡村振兴背景下农林类专业开展实践教学改革,以推动实践育人的有效路径。 Practical education is an effective way to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities,a necessary measure to strengthen social practice education of college students,and an important link in the implementation of"three comprehensive education".Agriculture and forestry major play an important role in the rural revitalization strategy,and their social practice is an important part of practical education.Taking the"doctor village head"plan implemented by Guizhou University as an example,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the education logic of the"doctor village head"plan,this paper probes into the effective path of carrying out practical education in agriculture and forestry major under the background of rural revitalization.
