中东原油重组分生产催化裂解原料研究

摘要 基于“碳中和”愿景下炼油化工行业发展趋势,梳理了中东地区常规原油调研信息,并分析了其重组分性质。针对中东原油重组分氢含量低、金属含量高的性质特点,研究了采用加氢技术提高氢含量、降低其金属含量生产催化裂解原料的可行性。得出结论:中东原油的渣油及重瓦斯油经过渣油加氢技术预处理后生成精制渣油,轻减压瓦斯油经过加氢裂化处理后形成加裂尾油,将精制渣油和加裂尾油按一定比例混合后可以生产催化裂解原料;原油重质化或精制渣油的掺混比例高,会降低催化裂解的原料的氢含量;采用DCC技术(催化裂解),原油重质化会受限限制;采用RTC技术(重油高效催化裂解技术)可以提高装置的操作弹性和优化空间。 Against the background of refining and chemical industry development with the vision of “carbon neutrality”,the author of this paper has looked at the conventional crude oil survey information in the Middle East and analyzed its nature of recombination. Taking into account the characteristics of the crude oil in the Middles East which features low hydrogen content in recombination and high metal content, the author has studied the feasibility of increasing hydrogen content by hydrogenation technology and producing raw materials for catalytic cracking by decreasing metal content. It is concluded that the residue and heavy gas oil of Middle East crude oil are pretreated by residue hydrogenation technology to produce refined residue, and the light decompression gas oil is hydrocracked to produce cracking tail oil.The catalytic cracking raw material can be produced by mixing the refined residual oil and the cracked tail oil in a certain proportion;high mixing proportion of heavy crude oil or refined residue can lower the hydrogen content of the raw material for catalytic cracking;heavy crude oil will be limited by means of DCC technology(Deep Catalytic Cracking);and the device operational flexibility can be improved and the space can be optimized by way of RTC technology(Residue to Chemicals).
