在中国由“大国”迈向“强国”的历史进程中,构建中国话语体系已成为中国人一项亟待完成的历史任务。构建中国话语体系不仅关涉到我们国家文化软实力的提升问题,而且关系到我们国家和民族的精神独立性问题,必须高度重视。新时代构建中国话语体系,要以科学性、民族性、时代性、人民性为基本原则,要从政治话语、学术话语、大众话语和世界话语四个维度全面推进中国话语的思想构建与世界表达,多管齐下讲清“中国道路”、讲透“中国文化”、讲好“中国故事”、讲出“中国精神”,彰显道路的文明、原创的文明、认同的文明、对话的文明。基于中国道路进行中国话语构建,本质上是进行一种划时代的整体性话语构建,这一话语构建不仅具有中华民族首创意义,而且具有世界历史意义。

In the historical process of China’s transition from a“big country”to a“powerful country”,building a Chinese discourse system has become an ideological task that needs to be deepened urgently for the Chinese people.The construction of a Chinese discourse system is not only related to the improvement of our country’s cultural soft power,but also to the spiritual independence of our country and nation,which must be attached great importance to.To build a Chinese discourse system in the new era,we must take scientific,national,contemporary,and people-oriented principles as the basic principles,and comprehensively promote the development of Chinese discourse and the construction of ideas and the world from four dimensions:political discourse,academic discourse,popular discourse,and world discourse.Expression,multi-pronged approach to clarify the“Chinese road”,explain the“Chinese culture”,tell the“Chinese story”well,tell the“Chinese spirit”,and demonstrate the civilization of the road,the originality,the identity,and the dialogue.The construction of Chinese discourse based on the Chinese road is essentially an epoch-making overall discourse construction,which not only has the original significance of the Chinese nation,but also has world historical significance.
