The incidence of postoperative pain is extremely high,which greatly affects the rapid recovery and quality of life of patients after surgery.Recently,more and more studies have found that continuous intravenous infusion of lidocaine for postoperative analgesia is not only effective,but also reduces the doses of opioid and prompts rapid recovery.This article will focus on the analgesic mechanism of intravenous lidocaine,the effects of intravenous infusion of lidocaine on postoperative pain,and the intravenous infusion strategies of lidocaine,thus provide a strategy for the application of intravenous infusion lidocaine on postoperative analgesia.
