新型电力系统背景下考虑源荷的配电网规划策略优化研究

Research on Optimization of Distribution Network Planning Strategy Considering Power Source and Load under the Background of New Power System

随着新型电力系统的不断发展,传统配电网规划设计方法在某些环节已不再适用,需要优化配电网规划策略以适应配电网的实际发展。在考虑大规模接入配电网的分布式电源与多元负荷2个关键因素的基础上,结合配电网规划全流程,从系统需求预测、电力电量平衡、变电站设计、配电网网架规划等方面提出了策略优化建议,为新型电力系统背景下的配电网规划设计工作提供新的思路。

With the constant development of new power system,the traditional distribution network planning and design method is no longer applicable in some ways. It is necessary to optimize the planning strategy of distribution network to adapt to the actual development of distribution network. On the basis of considering two key factors,that is,distributed power supply and multiple load,which are connected to large-scale distribution network,and combined with the whole process of distribution network planning,suggestions on strategy optimization are put forward from the aspects of system demand prediction, power quantity balance,substation design,distribution network structure planning and so on,so as to provide new ideas for distribution network planning and design under the background of new power system.
