数字时代青少年电子游戏沉迷的生成逻辑与治理路向路径 被引量:2

摘要 预防青少年电子游戏沉迷和规范电子游戏行业发展,是我国文娱业与数字业健康发展的必然要求,是促进青少年身心健康成长的现实需要。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对青少年电子游戏沉迷的问题表现与生成逻辑进行解构剖析,认为电子游戏娱乐性本质的文化原罪、弱身性特征的本体缺陷、教育性功能的价值缺失及虚拟性实践的消极影响是社会恐慌青少年游戏沉迷的根源所在,其始于多方监管的规制乏力,源起于游戏工业的目标错位,发展于社会文化的不良诱导,成型于个体实践的行为失控。提出治理策略:实施政府主导,构建协同治理制度体系;企业履责,强化游戏产业源头治理;社会参与,营造健康游戏文化氛围;家校合作,力推游戏媒介素养教育。 Preventing teenagers from indulging in electronic games and regulating the development of the electronic game industry is not only the inevitable requirement of the healthy development of the entertainment industry in China, but also the need to promote the healthy growth of teenagers. By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper theoretically analyzes the problem of teenagers’ electronic game addiction. It is believed that the reasons lie in the cultural original sin of the entertaining nature of electronic games, the defects of low physical participation, the lack of value of educational functions and the negative impact of virtual practice. Teenagers’ addiction to electronic games mainly starts from weak supervision in many ways, due to the dislocation of goals in the game industry, from the wrong guidance of social culture, and cultivated by the uncontrolled behavior of individuals. Based on this, it is proposed that the government should take the lead and build a collaborative governance system;enterprises fulfill their responsibilities and strengthen the control of the game industry;social participation to create a healthy game culture atmosphere;parents and teachers cooperate to promote governance strategies such as game media literacy education to promote effective governance of teenagers’ video game addiction.
