中国体育产业与旅游产业发展耦合协调的态势测度及影响因素

Situation Measurement and Influencing Factors of the Coupling and Coordination Between Sports Industry and Tourism Industry in China

为探寻体育产业与旅游产业之间的耦合协调关系,构建体育产业与旅游产业耦合协调发展评价指标体系,运用灰色关联分析法、熵值法、耦合协调模型、标准差椭圆等方法,对我国31个省市2013—2020年体育产业与旅游产业的耦合协调关系进行实证分析。研究结果显示:(1)研究期内我国体育产业与旅游产业综合发展水平均呈上升态势,且体育产业的发展水平高于旅游产业,整体属于体育产业发展超前型;(2)体育产业与旅游产业的耦合协调关系较差,处于中度失调阶段,呈现省际差异明显、由东向西阶梯递减的特征;(3)体育产业与旅游产业耦合协调度形成的标准差椭圆基本覆盖华东、华中、华北地区,中心位于华中地区,呈现由东向西集聚性逐渐增强的特征;(4)体育产业与旅游产业耦合协调发展影响因素的影响程度由大及小依次为:经济基础、消费能力、交通条件、生活水平、顶层设计、产业结构、城市发展。研究从增强消费韧性激活市场潜力、完善交通设施提升服务水平、强化政府推动保障统筹发展、优化产业结构促进均衡发展4个方面提出优化体育产业与旅游产业耦合协调发展的建议。

In order to explore the coupling and coordination relationship between sports industry and tourism industry,and build an evaluation index system for the coupling and coordination development of sports industry and tourism industry,the paper makes an empirical analysis on the coupling and coordination relationship between sports industry and tourism industry in 31 provinces and cities of China from 2013 to 2020 by using the methods of grey correlation analysis,entropy value method,coupling and coordination model,standard deviation ellipse,etc.The results show that:1)During the study period,the comprehensive development level of China's sports industry and tourism industry is on the rise,and the development level of the sports industry are higher than that of tourism industry,which is the overall leading type of sports industry development.2)The coupling and coordination relationship between sports industry and tourism industry is poor,and it is in a moderate imbalance stage,showing the characteristics of obvious inter provincial differences and decreasing steps from east to west.3)The standard deviation ellipse formed by the coupling and coordination degree of sports industry and tourism industry basically covers East China,Central China and North China,and the center is located in Central China,showing the characteristics of gradually increasing agglomeration from east to west.4)The influence degree of the factors influencing the coordinated development of sports industry and tourism industry in turn is as follows:economic foundation,consumption capacity,traffic conditions,living standards,top-level design,industrial structure,and urban development.The research puts forward suggestions on optimizing the coupling and coordinated development of sports industry and tourism industry from four aspects:enhancing consumption flexibility to activate market potential,improving transportation facilities and service level,strengthening the government's promotion and guarantee of overall development,and optimizing industrial structure to promote balanced development.
