产城融合:体育产业助力新型城镇化建设的逻辑理路、交互机制及实践向度

Industry and City Integration: Logic Road, Interactive Mechanism and Practice Maintaining of Sports Industry Promoting New Urbanization Construction

大力发展体育产业与城镇化建设是繁荣以人民为中心的体育和增强市民满足感、获得感、幸福感的重要途径。运用逻辑分析法、系统分析法和熵值法等研究方法阐释体育产业与新型城镇化融合发展的逻辑理路、交互机制及实践向度。研究认为,体育产业是构筑城镇现代化经济体系的重要内容,是助力反贫困的关键切入点,是改善城镇居民民生的有效方式;体育产业助力新型城镇化建设的核心价值统一于以人为中心,时代主题聚焦于现代化发展,总体目标定位于高质量发展。体育产业增强城镇化建设助推以产促城,城镇化驱动体育产业高质量发展助推以城兴产,体育产业与新型城镇化建设共同演化实现产城融合。通过两者交互机制与耦合协调模型分析,提出建议:坚持以人为本发展理念,聚焦体育产业与城镇化特色定位;合理配置体育资源,科学布局城市发展形态;优化体育发展空间布局,完善城镇宜居宜业功能。

Developing sports industry and urbanization is an important way to prosper people-centered sports and enhance citizens’ sense of satisfaction, gain and happiness. This paper uses logical analysis, system analysis and entropy weight method to explain the logic, interaction mechanism and countermeasures of the integrated development of sports industry and new urbanization. The research holds that sports industry is an important part of building a modern urban economic system, a key entry point to help fight poverty, and an effective way to improve the livelihood of urban residents. The core value of the sports industry in helping the construction of new urbanization is to be people-centered;the theme of the times is focused on modern development, and the overall goal is high-quality development. The strengthening of the sports industry and the construction of urbanization promote the development of the city with industry;the high-quality development of the sports industry driven by urbanization promotes the development of industry with city;and the co-evolution of the sports industry and the new urbanization construction realizes the integration of industry and city. Through the analysis of the interaction mechanism and coupling coordination model of the two, it is proposed to adhere to the people-oriented development concept and focus on the characteristic positioning of sports industry and urbanization;allocate sports resources rationally, scientific layout of urban development patterns;optimize the spatial layout of sports development and improve the functions of cities and towns suitable for living and working.
