黑龙江自由贸易试验区国际物流发展对策研究

Research on the Development Countermeasures of International Logistics in Heilongjiang Free Trade Pilot Zone

为推动黑龙江自由贸易试验的国际物流体系建设,从节点口岸、国际物流通道、国际物流设施和国际物流企业四个方面分析国际物流体系的发展现状,在物流信息化标准化程度、国际物流货运量国际物流人才等方面的问题。提出准确规划口岸功能合理布置通道线路、政府加大资金投入规范物流行业经营秩序、推进中俄铁路国际通道建设丰富国际货源和重视物流人才的培养和引进四个有利于黑龙江自由贸易试验区国际物流提升的建议。

In order to promote the construction of the international logistics system of the Heilongjiang free trade experiment, the article first summarizes the development status of the international logistics system from four aspects: node ports, international logistics channels, international logistics facilities and international logistics enterprises. And summarizes the shortcomings of the current international logistics system construction: low standardization of logistics informatization, insufficient international logistics freight volume and lack of international logistics talents. Finally, it puts forward four suggestions that are beneficial to the Heilongjiang Free Trade Pilot Zone by accurately planning the port functions and rationally arranging the channel routes, increasing the government’s capital investment to standardize the operation order of the logistics industry, promoting the construction of the Sino-Russian railway international channel to enrich the international supply of goods, and attaching importance to the training and introduction of logistics talents.
