摘要
选用Citespace工具对1999—2021年间中国知网上与旅游体验相关的300篇文献进行梳理和可视化分析,得到与旅游体验相关的关键词共现图谱和突现图谱。研究结果显示:在关键词分析上,体验经济、体验营销、影响因素等是旅游体验领域出现次数最高的关键词,同时涌现出体验营销、体验经济、乡村旅游与影响因素四个突现词。旅游体验领域的研究过程大致分为1999—2005年、2005—2018年和2018年至今三个阶段,主要围绕旅游体验本质与内涵、旅游体验质量的影响因素研究、体验经济下的旅游开发和旅游体验营销这四个研究热点开展。
This paper uses Citespace tools to sort out and visually analyze 300 articles related to travel experience on CNKI from 1999 to 2021, and obtain a common map and emergent map of keywords related to travel experience. The results of the study show that in the keyword analysis, experience economy, experience marketing, influencing factors, etc. are the keywords with the highest number of occurrences in the field of tourism experience, and four prominent words have emerged: experience marketing, experience economy, rural tourism and influencing factors. The research process in the field of tourism experience is roughly divided into three stages: 1999-2005, 2005-2018 and 2018-present, mainly focusing on the four research hotspots of the nature and connotation of tourism experience, the influencing factors of tourism experience quality, tourism development and tourism experience marketing under the experience economy.
