摘要
分析现阶段企业融资教学中存在的问题,对应用型本科院校企业融资教学进行探讨,旨在通过以改促教的方式提高企业融资的教学效果。采用“教”“学”“做”一体化闭环式案例教学、“查”“学”“选”式自动迭代更新的主题讨论、组间互评的小组作业、虚拟仿真技术的嵌入等丰富教学方法,结合时事热点开展教学,融入Python、审计等跨学科知识,建设企业融资实验项目,从而改进企业融资的教学实践,激发学生的学习兴趣,以取得良好的教学效果。
By analyzing the problems existing in the current stage of enterprise financing teaching, discusses the corporate finance teaching of application-oriented universities, aiming to improve the corporate finance teaching by improving teaching. Adopt diversified teaching methods,such as, "teach" and "learn" and "do" integrated closed-loop case teaching, "check" "learn" "choose" type automatic iterative update the theme of the discussion,mutual comments between groups of group assignments, virtual simulation of the embedded technology.Combine with the current event of hot spot, Python, audit and other interdisciplinary knowledge, experimental project of corporate finance. In order to improve the teaching practice of corporate finance, stimulate students’ interest in learning, so as to achieve good teaching effect.
