立足新时代背景,着眼新教育要求,面向新建筑需要,以实践育人为抓手,引导学生求真学问、炼真本领、筑真修为,培育新时代大国工匠,用实际行动回答“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的问题。主要内容为以“虚实融合”的实践教学平台为支撑点、以“精致育人”的实践教学管理机制为落脚点、以“岗位核心”的实践教学模式为突破点系统推进建筑类专业实践教学融合创新,促进实践教学资源、实践教学内容、实践教学管理机制多维联动,既夯实学生岗位技能,又培养学生职业精神,落实立德树人根本任务,为社会输送合格人才,服务地方经济发展。

Based on the background of the new era, focusing on the requirements of new education and facing the needs of new architecture, we guide students to pursue true knowledge, practice true skills, build true practice,cultivate great craftsmen in the new era, and answer the question of "who to cultivate, how to cultivate people, and for whom" with practical actions. Main content is "the actual fusion" practice teaching platform for the support,with "delicate" practice teaching management mechanism as the foothold, "post core" practice teaching mode as the breakthrough point of system innovation in construction class specialized practice teaching fusion, to promote the practice of teaching resources, multi-dimensional practice teaching contents, practice teaching management mechanism, strengthen both jobs skills, it also cultivates students’ professional spirit, implements the fundamental task of moral education, transfers qualified talents for the society and serves local economic development.
