International Case Study and Enlightenment on Priority Development of Public Transport

在轨道交通快速发展、公共交通建设持续投入的背景下,分析了我国大城市现阶段公共交通系统的发展困境。借鉴了公共交通发展国际先进城市在线网布局、走廊提升、站点衔接、机制优化等方面的成功经验,针对整体客流不高、线路内部竞争、轨道-公交衔接不畅、补贴缺乏精准等问题,提出了公交发展策略。

Under the background of the rapid development of rail transit and the continuous investment in public transportation construction,this paper analyzes the development dilemma of the public transportation system in Chinese large cities at this stage.It draws on the successful experience of public transportation development in international advanced urban online network layout,corridor improvement,station connection,and mechanism optimization.Aiming at the problems of low overall passenger flow,internal competition,poor rail-bus connection,and lack of accurate subsidies,the enlightenment and strategy of public transport development are put forward.
