摘要
为准确校核船舶行车梁的强度、保障船舶的安全性,基于ANSYS Workbench对154000载重吨穿梭油轮的行车梁进行强度分析,校核设计方案的安全性。在仿真过程中,使用薄壳体单元模拟行车轮,使用壳单元模拟工字梁,可通过较少网格得到高质量有限元模型。研究成果可为船舶行车梁强度计算与校核提供一定参考。
In order to accurately check the strength of the crane beam of the ship and ensure the safety of the ship,the strength analysis of crane beams of the 154000 dwt shuttle oil tanker is conducted based on ANSYS Workbench to check the safety of the design scheme.In the simulation process,the thin shell element is used to simulate the road wheel,and the shell element is used to simulate the I-beam,and a high-quality finite element model can be obtained with fewer meshes.The research results can provide some references for the strength calculation and check of ship crane beams.
