基于无线网络的船厂吊机预警管理系统

Early Warning Management System of Shipyard Crane Based on Wireless Network

为保障吊机的安全运行、提高吊机管理能力,提出一种基于无线网络的船厂吊机的实时管理系统。通过在厂区内建立无线局域网来实现对车间、船台和船舶的管理,无线局域网可覆盖整个生产区域。结果表明:基于无线网络的船厂吊机预警管理系统可及时发现吊机工作中遇到的问题,进而提高对生产安全和人员安全的保障能力。研究成果可为吊机管理系统的设计提供一定参考。

In order to ensure the safe operation of the crane and improve the crane management ability,a real-time management system for shipyard cranes based on wireless network is proposed.The management of workshops,slipways and ships is realized by establishing a wireless local area network in the plant area,which can cover the entire production area.The results show that the shipyard crane early warning management system based on the wireless network can detect the problems encountered in the crane work in time,and then improve the guarantee ability of production safety and personnel safety.The research results can provide some references for the design of crane management system.
