摘要
随着我国工业化和城市化发展进程的不断深入,市政行业的竞争日益激烈,市政企业要想在激励的市场竞争中获取一席之地,必须不断优化工程项目的建设成本和运营成本,实现企业经济利益的最大化。本文以某污水处理厂为例,通过分析其总投资超投资估算总投资的主要原因,找到建设成本控制的关键点,建议企业在项目建设过程中采取全过程造价管理、强化施工过程中的合同管理、采取建设成本动态控制等造价管理措施,进而保证工程造价的准确合理,实现优化建设成本的目标,为企业健康持续发展夯实基础。
With the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the competition in municipal industry is becoming increasingly fierce.If enterprises want to win a place in this fierce market competition,they must optimize the construction cost and operation cost of engineering projects to realize the maximum benefit.This thesis will take a sewage treatment plant as an example,through analysis of the main reasons why the investment is beyond budget,find the key point of construction cost control,suggest enterprises to take whole process cost management during project construction,strengthen contracts management in construction and take cost dynamic control management measures to promote accuracy and rationalization for project cost,realize construction cost optimization and lay a solid foundation for enterprises'healthy and continuous development.
