摘要
随着现代工业的进一步发展和人们对舒适环境的要求越来越高,对能源的需求越来越多,在化石能源不断短缺的背景下,人们希望在智能建筑和现代工业中能耗较高的制冷系统能提高效率降低能耗。在制冷系统制冷换热设备进行换热过程中,提升换热器的换热效率能有效减少能耗和降低成本,这就要求我们对传统的换热器进行改进,以增强制冷换热器的换热能力和效率。文中以套管换热器为例,尝试通过对套管换热器的肋片化改造,以强化换热提升换热器的换热效率。
With the further development of modern industry and people's higher requirements for comfortable environment,the demand for energy is increasing.In the context of the continuous shortage of fossil energy,people hope that the refrigeration system with high energy consumption in intelligent buildings and modern industries can improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.In the process of heat exchange of the refrigeration heat exchanger in the refrigeration system,improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger can effectively reduce energy consumption and reduce costs,which requires us to improve the traditional heat exchanger to enhance the heat exchange capacity and efficiency of the refrigeration heat exchanger.Taking the casing heat exchanger as an example,this paper attempts to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger through the finned transformation of the casing heat exchanger.
