摘要
为探究贸易开放对区域科技创新的作用机制,利用中国2005—2019年省级面板数据,建立以研发资金投入和研发人力投入为门槛变量的门槛面板回归模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明,贸易开放对区域科技创新存在明显的研发资金投入单一门槛和研发人力投入双重门槛。在低研发资金投入地区,贸易开放对区域科技创新有抑制作用;在高研发资金投入地区,抑制作用有所减弱。在低研发人力投入地区,贸易开放抑制了区域科技创新;在中等研发人力投入地区,贸易开放对区域科技创新有不明显的促进作用;在高研发人力投入地区,贸易开放显著促进区域科技创新。
In order to explore the mechanism of trade openness on regional scientific and technological innovation,a threshold panel regression model with R&D capital input and R&D labor input as threshold variables was established by using China’s provincial panel data from 2005 to 2019.The results show that trade openness has obvious single threshold of R&D capital input and double threshold of R&D labor input on regional scientific and technological innovation.In regions with low R&D capital input,trade openness has a restraining effect on regional scientific and technological innovation.In regions with high R&D capital input,the inhibitory effect is weakened.In regions with low R&D labor input,trade openness inhibits regional scientific and technological innovation.In the middle R&D labor input region,trade openness has no obvious promotion effect on regional scientific and technological innovation.In regions with high R&D labor input,trade openness significantly promotes regional scientific and technological innovation.
