环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种新型的内源性RNA分子,具有共价结合的环状结构,广泛存在于真核细胞中,并通过多种方式参与基因的表达和调控,已成为非编码RNA领域的研究热点。CircRNA与心血管疾病的生理和病理过程密切相关,且具有诊断及治疗心血管疾病的潜力。本文重点综述了circRNA在几种心血管疾病中作为诊断标志物和治疗靶点的作用,并对其应用价值和发展前景进行展望。

Circular RNA(circRNA)is a novel class of endogenous RNA molecule with a covalently closedloop structure and has become a research hotspot in the field of non-coding RNA.It is widely present in eukaryotic cells and can be involved in gene expression and regulation in various ways.In recent years,many studies have shown that circRNA is closely related to the physiological and pathological processes of cardiovascular diseases,and has the potential to diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases.This review focuses on the role of circRNA as a diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target for cardiovascular diseases,and looks into its application value and development direction.
