摘要 伴随着教育深化改革的推进,高职院校的生源也呈现出多样化趋势,结合当前高职院校生源的主要分布情况,包含高考、综合评价、中职对口招生、中职转段等方式,在生源多样化的背景下,传统的高职教学模式无法满足现代化教学理念和需求。加上不同生源的文化基础、学习经历以及学习需求存在明显的差异,必须对传统教育单一模式进行有效改革。基于此,本研究以甘肃机电职业技术学院为例,通过分析高职院校生源多样化的现状,发现在教学上存在的问题,有效探讨研究分层分类培养模式的应用。 With the advancement of the deepening reform of education,the source of students in higher vocational colleges has also shown a trend of diversification.Combined with the current main distribution of students in higher vocational colleges,including college entrance examination,comprehensive evaluation,secondary vocational enrollment,secondary vocational transfer,under the background of diverse student sources,the traditional higher vocational teaching mode cannot meet the modern teaching concepts and needs.In addition,there are obvious differences in the cultural foundation,learning experience and learning needs of different students,and it is necessary to effectively reform the traditional single model of education.Based on this,this study takes Gansu Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the current situation of the diversification of students in higher vocational colleges,finds problems in teaching,and effectively explores and researches the application of hierarchical classification training mode.
