基于职业本科教育转型升级背景下汽车专业群人才培养模式新方向的研究

近年来,国家大力推进职业教育高质量发展,出台了一系列政策强调了职业教育在高等教育中的重要性。各地为进一步提高职业教育学历层次提出了办学新思路并做出了一定探索。根据汽车专业职业教育现有基础和背景结合职业本科转型升级现状,汽车专业群培养模式需要转型升级,进行“岗课赛证”产教深度融合,在转型新思路下优化升级人才培养标准、课程标准和课证融通等系列标准,及时跟进市场高度对接行业岗位需求。

In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the high-quality development of vocational education,and has issued a series of policies emphasizing the importance of vocational education in higher education.Various localities have put forward new ideas for running schools to further improve the academic level of vocational education,and have made certain explorations.According to the existing foundation of vocational education for automobile majors,combined with the status quo of the transformation and upgrading of vocational undergraduates,the training mode of automobile professional groups needs to be transformed and upgraded,and the in-depth integration of production and education of "post-class competition certificate" should be carried out,and talent training standards and curriculum standards should be optimized and upgraded under the new thinking of transformation,and a series of standards such as course certificate financing,timely follow-up of the market highly docking industry job needs.
