痕迹物证在交通肇事逃逸案件中的应用

Application of trace evidence in traffic hit-and-run case

据公安部统计,截至2021年底,全国机动车保有量达3.95亿辆,扣除报废注销量比2020年增加2350万辆,增长6.32%。2021年全国新注册登记机动车3674万辆,比2020年增加346万辆,增长10.38%。随着我国机动车保有量的逐年增加,道路交通事故的数量也呈上升的态势,其中部分驾驶人发生交通事故后为逃避责任,驾车逃逸的情况时有发生,给交警后续处理交通事故时增加不少的困难。本文以交通事故逃逸案件中痕迹物证比对分析为基础,根据具体情况对涉嫌车辆进行科学的痕迹检验,准确锁定涉嫌车辆,为交警处理案件和后期调查提供有力的技术支持与帮助。

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Public Security,the number of motor vehicle ownership in the country had reached 395 million by the end of 2021,and the abandoned write–offs quantity increased by 23.5 million,an increase of 6.32% compared with 2020.In 2021,36.74 million motor vehicles was newly registered nationwide,with an increase of 3.46 million or 10.38% over 2020.With the increase of motor vehicle ownership in China year by year,the number of road accidents is also on the rise.Some of the drivers evades responsibility after traffic accidents,and driving away occurs from time to time,which greatly increases the difficulty for the traffic police to deal with the traffic accidents.Based on the comparison and analysis of trace evidence in the hit-and-run cases of traffic accident,a scientific trace inspection was performed on the suspected vehicle according to the specific situation,so as to accurately lock the suspected vehicle,thus providing strong technical support and assistance for the traffic police to handle the case and later investigation.
