摘要
故障几率与操作便利是衡量生产机械的重要指标,针对目前Z3040摇臂钻床的控制方法在生产过程中存在的故障几率高、诊断不方便且定位操作诸多不便利的问题深入分析,提出了一种基于PLC与增加固定与定位装置的方案;一方面,将西门子S7-200系列PLC用于Z3040摇臂钻床接触器控制系统技术转换,用软件编程的方法来代替部分继电器—接触器控制电路;一方面,在摇臂钻床的工作台上增加固定与定位装置,用于精准定位和方便操作。经模拟系统运行发现在生产中产生的故障几率有明显下降,也因此而提高了生产效率,降低了因故障而产生的废品数量,从而降低了生产成本,提高了生产利润。
Fault probability and convenient operation are important indexes to measure the production machinery.Aiming at the problems of high fault probability,inconvenient diagnosis and inconvenient positioning operation existing in the current control method of Z3040 radial drilling machine in the production process,a scheme based on PLC and adding fixing and po-sitioning device is proposed;On the one hand,siemens S7-200 series PLC is used to transform the relay contactor control system of Z3040 radial drilling machine,and the software programming method is used to replace some relay contactor control circuits;On the one hand,a fixing and positioning device is added on the worktable of the radial drilling machine.Through the operation of the simulation system,it is found that the probability of failure in production is significantly reduced,which improves the production efficiency and reduces the number of waste products caused by failure,so as to reduce the production cost and improve the production profit.
