摘要
对基于光学三坐标图像处理的自动化测量方法进行了研究,内容包括仪器的测量原理、测量精度的影响因素、测量界面的建立、光学三坐标对线纹尺的检测、线纹尺测量结果的不确定度评定几个方面。为了更加准确全面地评定三坐标测量线纹类计量器具的数据结果,在不确定度的评定中首次提出采用Edlen公式微分法得到长度修正量。针对光学三坐标测量范围有限的技术问题,提出了数据拼接的方法对大尺寸玻璃线纹尺示值误差进行检测,实验结果表明该方法能扩展设备的测量范围,节约设备购置成本,保证测量的精度。
The automatic measurement method based on optical triad image processing is studied,including the measure-ment principle,influence factors,measurement interface,measurement of line ruler and uncertainty evaluation of measure-ment result.In order to evaluate the data results of the line measuring instruments more accurately and comprehensively,Edlen differential method was firstly proposed to obtain the length correction in the evaluation of uncertainty.For the limited measurement range of optical triad,the data splicing method detects the value error of large glass thread ruler isProposed,The experimental results show that the method can expand the measurement range of the equipment,save the equipment purchase cost and ensure the measurement precision.
