摘要
压水堆核电站内部环境严酷复杂,为了保证核电站安全稳定运行,需要对其内部工艺介质的压力、差压、流量和液位等进行全天候不间断测量。但这些介质往往是在具有辐射和高温等恶劣环境下,普通压力和差压仪表无法保证在核辐射等环境下长期稳定运行。依托实际研发项目,根据非能动压水堆核电站的参数要求,研发了具有在核电站严重事故下可运行的1E级压力和差压变送器。对样机进行了精度、绝缘耐压、EMC、响应时间、辐照老化等摸底测试。该设备可以用于非能动压水堆核电站一回路工艺介质压力和差压等参数的测量,并满足严重事故可运行要求。
The internal environment of passive PWR nuclear power plants is harsh and complex.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants,it is necessary to continuously measure the pressure,differential pressure,flow rate and liquid level of the internal process medium around the clock.However,these media are often in harsh environ-ments such as radiation and high temperature,and ordinary pressure and differential pressure instruments cannot guarantee long-term stable operation in environments such as nuclear radiation.In this paper,based on the actual research and devel-opment projects,according to the parameter requirements of the passive PWR nuclear power plant,Class 1E pressure and dif-ferential pressure transmitters that can operate in the serious accident of the nuclear power plant are developed.The prototype was tested for accuracy,dielectric withstand voltage,EMC,response time,and radiation aging.Practice has proved that the device can be used for the measurement of parameters such as process medium pressure and differential pressure in the prima-ry circuit of passive PWR nuclear power plants,and meets the operational requirements for severe accidents.
