基于多传感器的体育运动训练体能指标自动监测系统 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现体育运动训练体能指标自动监测,提高体育训练水平,提出基于多传感器联合监测识别的体育运动训练体能指标自动监测方法,在物联网和传感器网络体系下,设计体育运动训练体能指标自动监测的网络结构模型,采集的体育运动训练体能指标主要有心率、最大摄氧量、呼吸熵以及负荷参数等,通过心肺机能数据监测,按照Cooper法取最大摄氧量,以氧通气当量EQO作为训练指标参数,提取体育运动训练体能指标的动态参数,结合气体代谢变化以及临界阈值分析,构建体育运动训练体能指标监测的系统结构模型,实现系统模块化设计。测试得知,设计系统可靠稳定,对体育运动训练体能指标监测的自适应性较好。 In order to realize the automatic monitoring of physical fitness indicators of sports training and improve the level of sports training, an automatic monitoring method of physical fitness indicators of sports training based on multi-sensor joint monitoring and identification is proposed. In the network structure model, the collected physical fitness indicators for sports training mainly include heart rate, maximal oxygen uptake, respiratory entropy, and load parameters. Through the monitoring of cardiopulmonary function data, the maximum oxygen uptake is obtained according to Cooper’s method, and the oxygen ventilation equivalent EQO2 is used as the training indicator. parameters, extract the dynamic parameters of the physical fitness indicators of sports training, and combine the changes of gas metabolism and critical threshold analysis to build a system structure model for monitoring physical fitness indicators of sports training, and realize the modular design of the system. The test shows that the design system is reliable and stable, and has good adaptability to the monitoring of physical fitness indicators of sports training.
