摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,对铁路客运量的需求逐年增加,为解决铁路运输紧张的局面,列车已经过数次提速,但速度的不断提高会导致列车轮轴温度骤升,从而导致事故频频发生,给人们的生命安全与财产造成严重危害。因此,为了尽早发现高速铁路列车轮轴温度出现异常并能够及时采取应对措施,避免不必要的事故发生,必须加强对轮轴温升的实时监测。设计了基于51单片机的轮轴温度实时监测系统,由PT100温度传感器采集轮对轴箱温度,通过控制部分STC89C51单片机、无线传输部分HLK-M50 WIFI模块将所采集轮轴温度值通过无线传输方式实时传输至上位机界面,并在实际温度超过规定值时发出音频报警,方便监测人员实时掌握列车轮轴温度情况。最后经过实验验证了该系统的灵敏度及其稳定性,加之具有实时与无线传输的特点,对铁路上其他设备的监测有重要的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of my country’s economy, the demand for railway passenger traffic has increased year by year. In order to solve the tension of railway transportation, the speed of the train has been increased several times, but the continuous increase in speed will cause the temperature of the train’s axle to rise sharply, resulting in frequent accidents., causing serious harm to people’s life and property. Therefore, in order to detect the abnormal temperature of high-speed railway train wheels and axles as soon as possible and take timely countermeasures to avoid unnecessary accidents, it is necessary to strengthen the real-time monitoring of wheel and axle temperature rises. In this paper, a real-time monitoring system for wheel and axle temperature based on 51 single-chip microcomputer is designed. The temperature of the wheel-set axle box is collected by the PT100 temperature sensor, and the collected wheel-axle temperature value is transmitted in real time by wireless transmission through the control part STC89 C51 single-chip microcomputer and the wireless transmission part HLK-M50 WIFI module. Go to the host computer interface, and send out an audio alarm when the actual temperature exceeds the specified value, which is convenient for monitoring personnel to grasp the temperature of the train axle in real time. Finally, the sensitivity and stability of the system are verified by experiments. In addition, it has the characteristics of real-time and wireless transmission, which has important reference significance for the monitoring of other equipment on the railway.
