基于眼直肌运动引导灯的眼科护理器设计 被引量:1

摘要 当前眼科护理器训练眼直肌运动时,引导图标显示载体长度过长,导致眼直肌训练效果未达到预期,护理后眼球眨眼率较低、闪光融合频率较高。提出基于眼直肌运动引导灯的眼科护理器。选取引导灯、触控板、验光升降台等,组成护理器总体架构,计算眼球转动45°和18°时的直视情况,得到显示载体长度最大值、最小值,在载体屏幕内布局眼直肌运动训练图标,定义图标变化逻辑,利用眼直肌运动引导灯,通过全向路径直接训练眼直肌,评估训练后眼直肌运动能力,检测眼球视功能,为后期眼直肌训练提供依据。选取50名典型眼科疾病患者作为分析对象,设置对比实验,结果表明,设计护理器相比传统护理器,作业后提高了眼球眨眼率,降低了眼球闪光融合频率,患者眼部疲劳得到充分缓解。 When the traditional eye care device trains the rectus muscle movement, the guide icon shows that the carrier length is too long, which leads to the training effect of the rectus muscle not reaching the expectation, and the eye blink rate is low and the flash fusion frequency is high after the care. Fifty typical patients with ophthalmic diseases were selected as the analysis object, and the comparative experiment was set up. The results showed that compared with the traditional nursing device, the designed nursing device improved the eye blink rate after operation, reduced the frequency of eye flash fusion, and the eye fatigue of patients was fully alleviated.
