基于代谢组学分析光照对油茶鲜果后熟过程代谢物的影响

摘要 为解析光照条件下油茶鲜果的特征性代谢物,采用液相色谱-电喷雾-串联质谱(liquid chromatography electrospray ionisation tandem mass spectrometry,LC-ESI-MS/MS)对后熟过程油茶鲜果进行广泛靶向代谢物分析。结果表明:共鉴定出739种代谢物,其中正离子模式和负离子模式下鉴定的代谢产物数量分别为711种和28种,共55个代谢物种类,主要有萜类118种、生物碱类97种、黄酮类88种、酚类53种、苯丙素类52种、类黄酮44种等。主成分及聚类热图分析表明,油茶鲜果不同后熟处理中光照对其代谢物有明显影响。代谢途径富集分析表明差异代谢物主要参与了类黄酮、黄酮和黄酮醇的生物合成。 To resolve the characteristic metabolites of Camellia oleifera fresh fruits under light conditions,liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry was used to analyze a wide range of targeted metabolites in C. oleifera fresh fruits during post-ripening process. The results showed that 739metabolites were identified,among which the number of metabolites identified in positive ion mode and negative ion mode were 711 and 28,respectively. A total of 55 metabolite species were identified,mainly including 118terpenoids, 97 alkaloids,88 flavones,53 phenols,52 phenylpropanoids and 44 flavonoids. Principal component analysis and cluster heatmap analysis revealed that light had a significant effect on metabolites in different postripening treatments of C. oleifera fresh fruits. Metabolic pathway enrichment analysis displayed that the differential metabolites were mainly involved in the biosynthesis of flavonoids,flavones and flavonols.
