摘要
评估使用总有机碳分析仪测定总有机碳的含量在检测过程中各操作步骤对测定结果的影响。通过测定方法建立不确定度的来源和测量数学模型,然后逐一对不确定度的分量进行计算。可降解材料中的总有机碳采用差减法(总有机碳=总碳-总无机碳)进行测定。其中,总碳的合成不确定u_(c)(r_(TC))=0.62%,总无机碳的合成不确定度u_(c)(r_(TIC))=0.33%,总有机碳的合成标准不确定度u_(c)(r_(TOC))=0.70%。
To evaluate the influence of using the total organic carbon analyzer to measure the content of total organic carbon in the detection process of each step of the determination results.The source of uncertainty and measurement mathematical model are established by measuring method,and then the uncertainty components are calculated one by one.The subtraction method was used to get the content of Total inorganic carbon,The synthetic uncertainty of total carbon u_(c)(r_(TC))=0.62%,the synthetic uncertainty of total inorganic carbon u_(c)(r_(TIC))=0.33%,and the synthetic uncertainty of total organic carbon u_(c)(r_(TOC))=0.70%.
