军队某三级甲等综合性医院员工工作满意度研究

A Study on Job Satisfaction of the Staff in A Grade-A Tertiary General Military Hospital

目的调查军队某三级甲等综合性医院员工的工作满意度,分析其影响因素,为改善军队医院员工工作满意度提供建议。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,于2021年1月向军队某三级甲等综合性医院1200名员工发放明尼苏达满意度量表(MSQ)短式量表,从工作本身内容、工作内部关系、工作待遇条件、工作发展晋升4个维度调查分析工作满意度情况。结果医院员工工作总体满意度为(3.75±0.64)分,不同性别、婚姻状况、所在科室、学历层次、职称、工作年限的员工工作满意度部分维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学历层次和所在科室与工作满意度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论军队某三级甲等综合性医院员工的工作满意度处于中等水平,工作内部关系满意度较高,工作待遇条件满意度较低,中/高学历、职称的员工在工作待遇条件、工作发展晋升方面的满意度较低。可通过用好政策红利、调整薪酬制度、强化人才培养、和谐内部氛围的方式提高员工工作满意度和总体幸福感。

Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of staff in a grade-A tertiary general military hospital,analyze its influencing factors,and provide suggestions for its improvement.Methods A total of 1200 employees of a grade-A tertiary general military hospital were selected by means of stratified random sampling in January 2021.They were given Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire(MSQ)for the investigation and analysis of their job satisfaction from four dimensions:job content,job internal relationship,job treatment and job development.Results The average job satisfaction of the hospital staff was(3.75±0.64)points.There were differences in job satisfaction among the employees with different gender,marital status,department,education level,professional title and working years(P<0.05).Education level and department were negatively correlated with job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The general job satisfaction of the staff in the grade-A tertiary general military hospital is at a medium level.The satisfaction of internal relationship is high.The satisfaction of job treatment is low.The employees with medium and high education level and professional title have low satisfaction in terms of job treatment and development.Job satisfaction and overall happiness of employees in military hospitals can be improved by making good use of policy bonus,adjusting salary system,strengthening personnel training and harmonizing internal atmosphere.
