成都市养老机构老年2型糖尿病患者述情障碍与病耻感的相关性研究

Relationship Between Alexithymia and Stigma in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes in Chengdu Pension Institutions

目的探讨成都市养老机构老年2型糖尿病患者述情障碍、病耻感的现状及其相关性。方法2021年9月至2022年1月采用一般资料调查问卷、多伦多述情障碍量表、2型糖尿病病耻感评估量表对成都市4所养老机构共227名老年患者进行调查。结果老年2型糖尿病患者述情障碍总分为55.00(43.00,65.00)分,病耻感总分为50.00(45.00,59.00)分。述情障碍与病耻感呈正相关(r=0.535,P<0.01)。结论养老机构老年2型糖尿病患者述情障碍与病耻感较严重,述情障碍与病耻感存在相关性。养老机构应制定针对性干预方案,有效降低老年2型糖尿病患者述情障碍与病耻感,提高其生活质量,实现健康老龄化。

Objective To investigate the status of alexithymia and stigma in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in Chengdu pension institutions and the correlation between the two.Methods From September 2021 to January 2022,a total of 227 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in 4 pension institutions in Chengdu were investigated by general information questionnaire,the Toronto Alexithymia Scale and the type 2 diabetes Stigma Assessment Scale.Results Of the 227 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes included,the total score of alexithymia was 55.00(43.00,65.00),and the total score of stigma was 50.00(45.00,59.00).Alexithymia was positively correlated with stigma(r=0.535,P<0.01).Conclusion Alexithymia and stigma are serious in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in pension institutions in Chengdu.And there is a correlation between alexithymia and stigma.Pension institutions should formulate targeted intervention programs to effectively reduce alexithymia and stigma in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,improve their quality of life,and achieve healthy aging.
