摘要
新时代下高校毕业生群体中“00后”将成为主体,受复杂的社会环境和多元文化的影响,“00后”毕业生求职简历呈现出方向盲目化、自我中心化、追求“躺平”化、拒绝包装化、缺乏细致化等倾向,为此,有针对性地做好求职简历指导工作至关重要。本研究基于“00后”毕业生特点,针对求职简历中存在的问题,用“一年一策” “一院一策” “一岗一策” “一生一策”的工作方式,对求职简历制作和投递提供可行指导,为提升高校就业指导服务水平提供借鉴。
Under new situations,‘post-00s’ generation has become the main body of college graduates.Influenced by the complex social situations and the diverse culture,the resume of post-00s college graduates shows the characteristics of direction blind,self-centered,the pursuit of lying flat,the refusal of packaging and the lack of refinement.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job of targeted resume guidance.Based on the characteristics of ‘post-00s’ generation,this study puts forward ‘one policy for one year’,‘one policy for one school’,‘one policy for one post’,‘one policy for one graduate’ to the problems existing in job resumes.These measures provide feasible guidance for the guidance of resume production and delivering,and provide a reference for improving the service level of college career guidance.
