摘要
本研究从新工科背景下大学生就业能力提升的时代意蕴角度出发,分析现阶段地矿类大学生就业能力培养的困境,介绍福州大学与紫金矿业集团联合成立紫金矿业学院,通过校企深度融合的“紫金模式”助力地矿类大学生就业能力提升的实践探索。总结出地矿类院校今后应在加强校企合作、创新管理体制;聚焦矿业需要,改革课程体系;坚持立德树人,强化志向驱动;加强工程实践,突出科研实训等四个方面下功夫,以期为高校新工科地矿类大学生就业能力培养提供参考。
This article mainly from the new era under the background of engineering college students’employment ability promotion implication perspective,analyzes the geoscientific class at the plight of university students’employment ability training,this paper introduces the fuzhou university and zijin mining group to set up a joint institute of zijin mining group,through profound integration of"Zijin Model"power geoscientific class practice of college students’employment ability promotion.Finally,combining with the practice,it is concluded that the colleges and departments of geology and mining should strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation and innovate the management system in the future.Focus on mining needs and reform curriculum system;Adhere to the moral tree,strengthen ambition drive;In order to provide reference for cultivating the employment ability of new engineering geology and mining college students,we should strengthen engineering practice and emphasize scientific research and training.
