某南水北调中线水厂工程设计及运行效果分析

Effect Analysis of Design and Operation on a WTP of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

河南省某县南水北调中线水厂工程设计总规模为8万m3/d。结合南水北调中线水源水质以及城区用水情况,设计采用机械混合絮凝+斜管沉淀+V型滤池的净水工艺,厂区预留深度处理用地,污泥采用带式浓缩脱水机处理后外运处置。对该厂建成后连续4年的运行数据进行统计分析,产水水质良好,出厂水浑浊度稳定在0.3 NTU左右。实际工艺运行参数中,聚合氯化铝(PAC,10%有效成分)平均用量为30~40 mg/L,阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量为0~0.25 mg/L,二氧化氯折合有效氯投加量为3~4 mg/L,绝干污泥产率为0.3~0.4 t DS/(104 m^(3))。文章介绍了该工程设计及实际运行情况,并将设计和实际运行之间的区别与联系进行了总结,对类似工程的设计及运行管理提供参考。

The water treatment plant(WTP)of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in a county of Henan Province,has a total design capacity of 80000 m3/d.Combining the water quality of the water source of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the water usage characteristics,the process of mechanical mixed flocculating+inclined tube sedimentation+V filter are adopted in the design phase,and enough land is reserved for the advanced treatment.Sludge is treated by belt dehydrator and then transported to landfill for disposal.Through statistical analysis of the operation data for four consecutive years after the plant completion,the produced water quality is good,and the turbidity of the treated water is stable at about 0.3 NTU.With regard to the actual process operation parameters,the average dosage of polyaluminium chloride(PAC,10%effective component)dosage is 30~40 mg/L,the anionic polyacrylamide(PAM)dosage is 0~0.25 mg/L,the effective chlorine converted by chlorine dioxide is 3~4 mg/L,and the yield of dry sludge is 0.3~0.4 t DS/(104 m3).This paper introduces the design and actual operation of the project,and summarizes the differences and relations,which provides a reference for the design and operation management of similar WTP projects.
