摘要
以气凝胶、空心微珠为主要超轻骨料制备的轻质膏状腻子,通过对导热系数、附加热阻、粘结强度等性能的测试,探究了超轻骨料、乳液等对轻质膏状腻子性能的影响。结果表明,以气凝胶颗粒A和空心微珠为主要超轻骨料制备的轻质膏状腻子具有良好的保温隔热功能,其导热系数仅为0.035 W/(m·K),5 mm厚轻质膏状腻子涂层的附加热阻可达0.346 m~2·K/W。
In this paper,a lightweight colloidal putty was prepared with aerogels and hollow glass sphere as main ultra-light aggregate. Through the measurement of thermal conductivity,adding thermal resistance,bonding strength and other performance indicators,the effects of ultra-light aggregate and emulsion on the performance of lightweight colloidal putty were explored. The results show that the lightweight paste putty made of aerogel particles A and hollow microbeads has good thermal insulation function,its thermal conductivity is 0.035 W/(m·K),and the additional thermal resistance of the 5 mm thick paste putty coating is 0.346 m~2·K/W.
