摘要
研究了可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、消泡剂和硼酸掺量对ALC墙板专用薄层砌筑砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:纤维素醚的掺入可显著增大薄层砌筑砂浆的保水率,但对28 d抗压强度有较大负面影响;相比于纤维素醚,可再分散乳胶粉更能显著提高薄层砌筑砂浆的粘结性能,当可再分散乳胶粉掺量为0.8%时,14 d拉伸粘结强度为对照组的4.5倍;消泡剂与纤维素醚复掺时,能在一定程度上减小抗压强度的降幅。
Effects of redispersible latex powder,cellulose ether,defoamer and boric acid on properties of thin-layer masonry mortar for ALC wallboard were studied. The results show that the incorporation of cellulose ether can significantly increase the wa-ter retention of thin layer mortar,but has a great negative effect on the 28 d compressive strength. Compared with cellulose ether,the redispersible latex powder can significantly improve the bond performance of thin layer mortar. When the rubber powder content is 0.8%,the 14 d tensile bond strength is 4.5 times of the blank group. When defoaming agent is mixed with cellulose ether,the reduction of compressive strength can be slowed down to a certain extent.
