近40年中医药治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎研究文献可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Research Literature of TCM Treatment of Thromboangiitis Obliterans in Recent 40 Years

目的了解近40年中医药治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎领域的研究状况、趋势与前沿。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)收录的1981年1月1日-2020年12月31日中医药治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎研究文献。采用NoteExpress3.5管理并剔除重复文献,采用可视化软件VOSviewer1.6.16和CiteSpace5.8.R2对纳入文献的发文情况、作者和关键词进行共现分析、聚类分析、突现分析并绘制知识图谱。结果经筛选,共纳入文献1340篇,涉及作者1987位,相关研究开展较早的名老中医有门纯德、奚九一、唐祖宣等;核心作者有94位,形成了分别以周毅平、邓志军、龙舒妮、李丽明、洪波为代表的研究团队,但团队间合作较少。除主题词外的高频关键词有“四妙勇安汤”“临床观察”“活血化瘀”“当归四逆汤”“血液流变学”等。关键词共形成12个主要聚类标签;时间线图和关键词突现分别得到研究趋势和研究前沿。结论中医药治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎领域文献年发文量总体呈上升-波动-下降变化趋势。研究热点证型为湿热型,热点治法为活血化瘀,热点方剂为四妙勇安汤,热点中药为毛冬青,热点中药注射剂为丹红注射液,主要观察指标为血液流变学。扶阳法、炎性反应等是目前的研究趋势,医案和临床疗效是近10年研究前沿。

Objective To investigate the research status,trend and frontier of TCM treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO)in recent 40 years.Methods The literature on the treatment of TAO with TCM from 1^(st) January 1981 to 31^(st) December 2020 was retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data.NoteExpress 3.5 was used for management and repetition elimination,and visualization software VOSviewer 1.6.16 and CiteSpace 5.8.R2 were used for co-occurrence analysis,clustering analysis and emergent analysis of the publication,authors and keywords of the included literature,and knowledge map was drawn.Results A total of 1340 articles were included,involving 1987 authors.Among them,Men Chunde,Xi Jiuyi and Tang Zuxuan were the first to study TAO.There were 94 core authors,forming research groups represented by Zhou Yiping,Deng Zhijun,Long Shuni,Li Liming,Hong Bo,respectively,but there was little cooperation among them.In addition to the theme words,the high frequency keywords were“Simiao Yong'an Decoction”,“clinical observation”,“promoting blood circulation and removing stasis”,“Danggui Sini Decoction”,“hemorheology”and so on.Keywords formed 12 main cluster tags.The research trends and research frontiers were obtained by time map and keyword outburst respectively.Conclusion The total number of articles published in the field of TCM treatment of TAO shows an uptrend,fluctuation-decline trend.The hot syndrome type of the study is damping-heat type,the popular treatment is promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the popular prescription is Simiao Yong'an Decoction,the popular Chinese materia medica was Ilex pubescens Hook.et Arn.,and the popular TCM injection was Danhong Injection.The main observation indexes is hemorheology.Fuyang method and inflammatory response are the current research trends,and medical cases and clinical efficacy are the research frontiers in recent 10 years.
