Analysis of Huang Huang’s Treatment in Sensory Neuronopathies with Classical Prescriptions

感觉神经元病是周围神经疾病的一个特殊亚群,病变主要累及背根神经节,以不对称性感觉缺失为主要临床特点,并伴有神经电生理特征性异常。因发病机制尚不明确,临床治疗颇为棘手。本文介绍黄煌教授基于经方体质学说,运用“方-病-人”诊疗模式治疗感觉神经元病的临床经验,为疑难病的相关治疗提供思路。

Sensory neuronopathies is a special subgroup of peripheral nerve diseases.This disease mainly involves the dorsal root ganglion,with asymmetric sensory loss as the main clinical feature,and accompanied with electrophysiological abnormalities.Because the pathogenesis is not clear,the clinical treatment is very difficult.This article introduced Professor Huang Huang’s clinical experience in the treatment of sensory neuronopathies by using the diagnosis and treatment mode of“prescription-disease-human”according to the constitution theory of classical prescription,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of this difficult disease.
