摘要
“一带一路”倡议为我国高职院校国际化发展提供了新方向,对高职教育培养高素质国际化人才有重要指导意义。本文基于河北省高职院校中外合作办学现状,从体制机制、办学模式和教学管理等方面阐述其现存问题并进行成因分析,重点从政府、学校和企业三个维度阐述了高职院校中外合作办学融入“一带一路”建设的路径,旨在为提升高职院校国际竞争力提供参考。
The“Belt and Road”initiative provides a new direction for the international development of China’s higher vocational colleges,and has important guiding significance for the cultivation of high-quality international talents.Based on the status of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province,this paper intends to expound the existing problems and elaborate the causes in terms of institutional mechanism,school-running mode and teaching management,and elaborates on the path of integrating higher education institutions into the construction of“Belt and Road”from three dimensions of government,school and enterprise,aiming to provide reference for enhancing the international competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.
