依靠土地促进农民共同致富的“联产单干”模式研究--基于宁夏西吉县火集村的考察

Research on the“Joint Management and Subdivision of Single Household”Mode of Relying on Land to Promote Farmers’Common Prosperity--Based on the Investigation of Huoji Village,Xiji County,Ningxia

依靠土地促进农民持续增收来推动共同富裕是实现农业现代化的重要内容。本文通过对土地流转型和服务带动型两种规模经营模式进行比较研究,认为后者在乡村振兴背景下适应性更强,“联产单干”也是服务带动型模式在实践中的一种细化应用,具有一定适用空间。本文重点介绍了西吉县火集村“联产单干”模式基本做法及取得的成效,分析了这一模式在乡村振兴背景下对促进城乡协同发展、推进共同富裕的有益启示,并对这一模式的复制推广提出了具体建议。

Relying on the land to promote the continuous increase of farmers’income and common prosperity is an important way of realizing agricultural modernization.This paper presents a comparative study of two scale management modes,namely,land turnover mode and service-driven mode,and concludes that the latter is more suitable in the context of rural revitalization,and“joint management and subdivision of single household”is also a refinement of the service-driven mode in practice,with certain applicability.This paper attempts to introduce the basic practices and achievements of the“joint management and subdivision of single household”mode in Huoji Village,Xiji County,and discusses the implications of this mode for promoting urban-rural coordinated development and common prosperity in the context of rural revitalization,and finally,specific recommendations were made for the replication and promotion of the mode.
