“双碳”背景下可再生能源发展中“弃风弃光”的问题及消纳措施 被引量:14

摘要 近年来,我国可再生能源发电技术高速发展,装机容量逐年提升,获得了举世瞩目的进步。然而,由于可再生能源存在出力不稳定的缺点,出现了较为严重的“弃风弃光”问题。文章分析了我国可再生能源发展现状,并结合可再生能源消纳措施的最新研究成果,对可再生能源消纳的具体措施、存在问题和发展前景进行了系统分析。 In recent years,with the installed capacity rising yearly,China’s power generation technology of renewable energy has ben booming and achieved remarkable progress.However,the unstable output of renewable energy has led to more serious problem of“forced abandonment of wind and light energy”.Based on the current situation of renewable energy development and the latest research results of renewable energy consumption measures,the paper attempts to systematically examine the specific measures,existing problems and prospects of renewable energy consumption.
