摘要
随着人口老龄化程度不断加深,老年人对于医疗保健、康复护理等服务的刚性需求与日俱增。医养结合是近年来逐渐兴起的一种新型养老模式,由于其将现代医疗服务技术与养老保障模式进行了有效结合,实现了“有病治病,无病疗养”的养老保障模式创新。本文运用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机会、威胁等四个方面对河北省医养结合养老模式的发展运用情况进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了进一步改进的对策和建议。
With the aging of population,the rigid demands of the elderly for medical care and rehabilitation services are also on the rise.In recent years,the new model of the combination of medical care and nursing care has applied modern medical service technology to realize the innovation of the pension model of“treatment with illness and recuperation without disease”.Using the SWOT analysis method,this paper aims to examine the development and application of the new model in Hebei Province from four aspects,including advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and on this basis puts forward suggestions for further improvement.
