“一带一路”背景下民航院校人才培养的机制创新问题

Study on the Mechanism Innovation of Personnel Training in Higher Institutions of Civil Aviation in the Context of“Belt and Road”

建设“空中丝绸之路”是实施民航强国战略的重要举措,也是民航院校扩大教育对外开放、深化教育改革的时代机遇。本文通过分析“一带一路”背景下民航院校面临的机遇与挑战,指出在促进“一带一路”沿线国家设施互联互通、加强智慧民航建设的进程中,民航高校应充分发挥智库与科技引擎作用,发扬自身优势特色,要以培养具有国际竞争力的高水平、复合型工程人才为己任,通过加强学科专业顶层设计、整合优势资源、扎实推进新工科建设,为创新人才培养机制提供系统性的保障。

The“Air Silk Road”is an important initiative to implement the strategy of strengthening civil aviation,and it also provides opportunity for higher institutions to deepen the opening of education to the outside world and educational reform.This paper sets out to explore the opportunities and challenges faced by higher institutions under the background of the“Belt and Road”,and points out that in the process of promoting the interconnection of facilities in countries along the route and strengthening the construction of smart civil aviation,higher institutions should shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high-level and interdisciplinary engineering personnel with international competitiveness,give full play to the role of think tanks and technology engines by carrying forward their own advantages,and provide support for the innovative personnel training mechanism by strengthening top-level design of disciplines,integrating advantageous resources,and promoting the construction of new engineering disciplines.
