人本主义心理学视角下公安院校实战型人才培养策略

Research on the Training Strategy of Combat-oriented Talents in Public Security Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Humanistic Psychology

为适应公安队伍正规化、专业化、职业化建设要求,进一步做好公安院校公安专业招生、培养和毕业生录用工作,提升公安院校人才培养质量,更好地满足公安机关对公安专业人才的需求,公安院校应当顺应时代发展需求,适时调整警察人才培养策略,将心理学与警察专业人才培养进行深度融合,为社会培养实战型警察专业人才。本文以人本主义心理学为理论基础,通过分析公安院校实战型人才培养的基本特征与现实意义,提出了基于人本主义心理学视角下公安院校实战型人才培养的具体策略。

In order to meet the requirements of the formalization,specialization and professionalization of the public security team and better meet the requirements of public security organs for public security personnel,colleges and universities should adapt to the trends of the times,adjust police personnel training strategies in a timely manner,deeply integrate psychology with personnel training,in order to cultivate practical personnel for the society.Based on relevant theories of humanistic psychology,this paper intends to sort out the basic characteristics and practical significance of the cultivation of personnel in colleges and universities,and proposes corresponding strategies from the perspective of humanistic psychology.
