艾灸联合小儿推拿对小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎肿大肠系膜淋巴结的影响

Effects of Moxibustion Combined with Pediatric Massage on Enlarged Mesenteric Lymph Nodes in Children with Acute Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

目的探讨艾灸联合小儿推拿对小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎肿大肠系膜淋巴结的影响。方法前瞻性选择2020年3月~2022年3月在玉门市中医医院就诊的小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎96例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法把患儿分为中医组与对照组,各48例。对照组给予常规治疗,中医组在对照组治疗的基础上给予艾灸联合小儿推拿,治疗10 d,记录治疗总有效率、肠系膜肿大淋巴结大小变化情况、症状消失时间、CD3^(+)T淋巴细胞、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞比例、IgG含量、IgA含量。结果治疗后,中医组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的肠系膜肿大淋巴结大小纵径与横径均明显小于治疗前(P<0.05),且中医组小于对照组(P<0.05)。中医组发热、腹痛、呕吐、食欲不振等症状消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD3^(+)T淋巴细胞、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞比例均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),中医组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清免疫球蛋白(IgG)和血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且中医组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合小儿推拿治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎能提高患儿的体液免疫与细胞免疫功能,降低肠系膜肿大淋巴结,提高总体临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of moxibustion combined with pediatric massage on enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods A total of 96 children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis who were treated in Yumen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were prospectively selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into a traditional Chinese medicine group and a control group with 48 cases in each group.The control group were given routine required treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group were given moxibustion combined with pediatric massage on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Treatment and observation for 10 days,record the changes of enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The longitudinal and transverse diameters of mesenteric enlarged lymph nodes in the two groups after treatment were significantly smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,abdominal pain,vomiting,loss of appetite and other symptoms in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of CD3^(+)T lymphocytes and CD4^(+)T lymphocytes in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum IgG and IgA contents in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with pediatric massage in the treatment of children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis can improve the children’s humoral immune function and cellular immune function,reduce the swelling of mesenteric swollen lymph nodes,and improve the overall clinical treatment effect.
