建筑初步设计的必要性及现状问题研究

Necessity and Current Problems of Architectural Preliminary Design

一般建筑项目设计过程分为概念设计、方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计四个阶段。目前在我国的建筑项目工程中,初步设计阶段常常不被重视甚至被忽视,进而在之后的施工图设计阶段、现场施工阶段,甚至是项目运营使用阶段出现较多问题,在给项目业主带来损失的同时,也造成很大的资源浪费。针对上述问题,从开发商(业主)、方案设计单位和施工图设计单位三个方面分析问题的成因,并从方案设计单位角度,总结过往经验,提出建议与思考。

The general architectural project design process is divided into four stages:conceptual design,schematic design,preliminary design and construction drawing design.At present,in China’s construction projects,the preliminary design stage is often neglected or even ignored,and many problems occur in the subsequent construction drawing design stage,on-site construction stage,and even the project operation and use stage,which brings great loss to project owners and also causes a great waste of resources.In response to the above problems,the cause of the problems is analyzed from three aspects:the developer(owner),the scheme design unit and the construction drawing design unit,and previous experience is summarized from the perspective of the scheme design unit,to propose suggestions and thoughts.
