时代的更新进步,我国经济水平也日益提升,建筑行业也深受影响得到了快速发展,在此良好形势下,建筑经济管理则提出了更高的标准要求。建筑项目开展的过程中,EPC总承包模式作用极大,影响颇深,因此,必须要重视EPC总承包模式,科学规范化管理,方可有效奠定建筑经济发展基础。鉴于此,本文系统阐述了建筑经济管理过程中所暴露的问题,并予以了更加更为深入的研究分析,提出了科学的解决措施,以此为相关专业人员提供合理参考。

With the update and progress of the times,the economic level of China is also increasing,and the construction industry has also been deeply affected and developed rapidly.Under this favorable situation,the construction economic management has put forward higher standard requirements.In the implementation process of construction projects,the EPC general contracting mode plays a great role and has a profound impact.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the EPC general contracting mode and perform scientific standardized management,which effectively lay the foundation for the development of the construction economy.In view of this condition,this paper systematically expounds the problems in the process of construction economic management,conducts in-depth research and analysis,and proposes scientific solutions to provide reasonable reference for relevant professionals.
