近些年来,随着我国现代房屋建筑工程产业发展规模的不断扩大,对各类房屋建筑工程的施工质量管理要求也在不断地提升和精细化。抗干扰性的增强,能够有效地节约较多的生产劳动力。本文对目前我国实行的装配式房屋建筑质量管理以及影响的主要因素予以深入研究分析,并分别提出几种相应的解决策略,以此来有效促进我国装配式房屋建筑工程项目质量的不断提升。

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the development scale of China’s modern housing construction engineering industry,the construction quality management requirements for various housing construction projects have been continuously improved and refined.The enhancement of anti-interference can effectively save more production labor.This paper conducts an in-depth study and analysis on the construction quality management of prefabricated housing in China and the main influencing factors,and proposes several corresponding solutions,so as to effectively promote the continuous improvement of the prefabricated housing construction engineering quality in China.
